I must say, there seems to be a boom in terms of female singers in Sydney, Karmelan, Sonia, Flora, all releasing debut songs/albums in the last 12 months.

The song is old, the video is new, she only started looking like this recently!

You're too generous to call this song a hit.

She's been performing in parties for a while, she was the opening act in Talal's Sydney concert last year, and she will be there for Assyrian Aid Society's 10th anniversary party this coming Sat, so in 1.5 years she seems to have kept focusing on singing.
