Assyrian population in 1990s Iraq?!

The US government releases country studies,which are exactly what they sound like.
The 1990 one for Iraq estimates the Assyrian population to be 133,000 at the time.
This doesn't sound right.

A lot of us started to leave in the early 90s. But there was still over 800K (at least) of us left in Iraq at that time.

Yes, that figure doesn't sound right. There are still more than 200K Assyrians right now in Iraq I believe.
