Hey guys,

Also need a lawyer or two. Preferably with a business specialty but I'll take any names really.

I have a few names but they're all from Quebec. Need Ontario names. Please and thanks.

The lawyer that my uncle currently has for his case is definately not assyrian but he is a good one.  I believe he specializes in all areas. He's located @ 181 University Avenue in Toronto, ON.  Law Chambers Suite 2200.

My Uncle hired this lawyer in Sept. 2009 and because the people that my uncle's suing are not co operating it's taking longer than it should but the draft claim will be sent within a week and then they will be subpeoned to attend court.  My Uncle is claiming Property (Assets) that were under his late brother's name.  The lawyer went to court to obtain a copy of the will but the will wasn't executed and therefore something is not right.  So this lawyer seems to know what he's doing!  I don't think the other side has lawyer(s)  :bangin: :giggle:
 
Thank you Marboush. I hope the case is resolved fairly.

What I am doing however, requires Assyrian lawyers. I have a legal team that I use regularly for my field of work. This is soemthing completely different and I only need Assyrians working on this.

There is a lawyer named Haytham Younan, brother of Nenos Younan and he is the son of Ishmial Younan. He helped the Assyrian Society of Canada with a lawsuit against them a few years ago and plus he is a childhood friend of mine from when I grew up in Toronto. Sorry I don't have his number, but you can ask around.
