Assyrian Church of the East question

I am an Assyrian who lives around 7 hours away from the closest ACOE church. However, I would like to celebrate the Friday saint commemorations, or Dukhranahs, such as those of John the Baptist, etc. that fall on Fridays usually.

Are there any books or traditions that I can buy/do in order to celebrate these dukhranas? Any rituals or guidelines? Thanks
