As the next Brazil coach, would you be in favour of banning those during the World Cup, as I feel Brazilian players went overboard and distracted them, instead of being fully focused on the task at hand:
-No social media. We all know how addicted Neymar and most of the team is to Twitter, Instagram and FB.
-No stupid hair dying.
-no excessive dancing , at least not when you are playing a first round game or scoring your 4th or fifth goal of the game
Regarding the last one, I am not echoing what Roy Keanne said, as his was from a disrespect viewpoint which it wasn’t. Brazil were disrespecting SK at all and even a child can see that. Yes understand dancing is part od samba and joga bonito etc. But overdoing it leads to loss of focus of the big prize that you are there to win.
In hockey, there is an old tradition which has become like a superstition: the team that wins their trophy and by extension the president’s trophy don’t touch the cup because they think it will curse their chance of winning the Stanley Cup. The idea is that you don’t want to celebrate and be content with something
