Dear friends,
on occation of the 30th jubilee of our assyrian federation Zentralverband der Assyrischen Vereinigungen in Deutschland und Europ?ischen Sektionen (ZAVD) e.V. we are glad to invite you to a very special event that the assyrian youth federation Assyrischer Jugendverband Mitteleuropa (AJM) e.V. has organised and that will take place from 21st till 22nd November 2009.
Beginning with our annual volleyball tournament on Saturday (from 9-16 o?clock) that is increasingly resumed as a specific cachet of the Assyrian youth movement we will continue with a hopefully unforgettable festivity with our singers Linda George (USA), Alyas Maroki and Ninorta. Furthermore the presentation of the winning volleyball team as well as performances of different folklore groups will enrich our multifaceted programme.
Our Event will end with a concert of the choir ?Bethnahrin? on Sunday starting at 11 o?clock, organised in cooperation with the community of St. Maria in G?tersloh. Part of the programme here will also be a tribute to special guests who have been working in an honorary capacity for years and thus have utterly contributed to the success of the Assyrian movement.

Within this event we also want to remind our guests of the miserable situation of our fellow countrymen in Iraq. Therefore, as we did in former years, a part of the revenue will be donated to the ?Niniveh-Weihnachtsspendenaktion 2009?.
