If your pictures are missing from the photo album, or can't find them?
Here are some possible reasons of what could have happened:
We may have never got your pictures in the first place.
Just sending your pictures doesn't guarantee that we got them.
Your picture may have been very big in size. We have made
it clear in many occasions that we can't accept pictures larger than 500 kb.
In fact it used to be 200 kb, and have increased it now. This is due to the
fact that we are too occupied with website tasks, to the point where we can't
put too much time on editing pictures.
Your pictures may have been very poor in quality, clarity
Your pictures may have been taken using a web camera
which are usually low in resolution, thus resulting in very poor images.
You sent your pictures after our due date. Unfortunately,
few people notice this due date which we usually announce, not only days, but
weeks ahead of time. You can check this often by visiting our
main page or the
message board. If
you miss the due date, we will have to put your pictures in our next albums
that are due to come next.
It has something to do with privacy issues. For example,
sending a friend's picture without their prior consent and authorization is
strictly prohibited by our website.
You may have sent more than one picture. Due to the
extreme shortage of space we have, we try to put at least one picture for each
user. If there is any space left, we can possibly put more than one.
We may have misplaced it somehow, or our email servers
could have (very rare) deleted by mistake before we can even see it. But again
this is very rare, although it could happen.
You forgot to write your name, nickname (if any) and your
location including city and country. Should this info be missing, we will have
to return the picture back and ask you to send it again along with the info
For more information, please contact us and let us know of your complain. We will try to answer it as soon as possible. Or you can always go to our text chat or message board and ask people about your problem
