husband Billy :)

Well I have my BA in Business and minor in Hotel Management, but since I got
married now I am at home with my son...so all my goals are set for him :)
-How do you look to the future now with all the
things happening around the world?
I just look up to God and pray that each day we live a happy and healthy
life full of love, that's all I need :)
I just look
up to God and pray that each day
we live a happy and healthy life full of love, that's all I need :)
-You are the first married person to be
interviewed. Tell us more about your husband? how does it feel to have married a
non-Assyrian man?
Well Ash, Billy is a gift from God :*) He is a remarkable individual. It
is very different being married to a non-Assyrian since I was so used to
speaking Assyrian at my parents house, other then the language, I have no
regrets what so ever. I wouldn't change him for the world.
-Where does Jesus come into play in your life?
Jesus is a part of my
everyday life and my families :)
CHAT & WEBSITE
QUESTIONS
-Do you remember the first day for you on the
chat, and who told you about it?
ohhhhhh Ash do I hahahah, actually Assyrian10 and Hiwone were the ones
that gave me the website address. My first day I was a little shy, but as you
know now I speak my mind and get along with most if not everyone :)
-You are known to be one of the first people to
use the voice chat, if not the website as a whole. Tell us more about that!
I found your website to be very user friendly. I found my way around very
easily. I had been to many chat websites with my friends, and found that when I
got to yours it was like I ran into a gold mine :) You do an excellent job
keeping it up and we all appreciate your hard work.
-That being said, many people had given you the
title of "Queen of the Assyrian Voice Cha": How do you feel about that,
especially to know that it was awarded to you for being so nice to everyone.
Ash, it may sound silly to some because this is just the net, but honestly
it was an honor. I love making new friends and I love to talk to everyone about
everything. It was truly great!!
-what is the funniest moment you have ever been
faced with on the chat?
I think one of the best and funniest moments I had was when Van Damme and Aiwa
used to fight mannnnn Ash loooool just thinking about it I die laughing I swear
lol Aiwas true colors would come out after each fight lol
-What has the Assyrian Voice Chat taught you? both in general and about
Assyrians?
In general it has taught me to not judge anyone until you get to know that
person very well, we have to remember that we are only screen names until we
actually meet or interact with one another often. As for teaching me about
Assyrians, it has done allot of that too. I must say that before I came to
Assyrian Voice Chat, I didn't know much or actually nothing about "Atour" and
all that stuff. Just sitting and listening to people like Ninwaya, Marroush,
Shater I have learned sooooooo sooooooo very much. I would like to thank them
and thank you for giving me this opportunity.
-what comes to your mind when you first hear these three nicknames:
A2RAYA, XENA, GABARA
A2RAYA loool I think of shamasha looool azizaaaa Abby lol
XENA - ummm wow never thought I'd say this, but I don't know her too well, I
think she's from Canada right?
GABARAAAAAAAAAAA hahhaa when I see his name I think of peace and joy and of
course his wonderful brothers :)
-who are the funniest people on the chat?
Qashmar, Aiwa, Shater and TaqTaq
-Why have you used this nickname? Can you also
tell the people what it
really means?
Well my mother picked this name for
me when I was pregnant with my son, she said that I walked and looked like a
Kirwish, which means Rabbit or Bunny :)
-Do you ever use the text chat? why or why not?
I used to always go to text chat, not so much anymore, I think just my
busy schedule with Nicholas doesn't allow me to be online that much, and when I
am on now it is more of checking my stocks lol or emails :)
-You, and contrary to many other people on our
website, have been absent from the message board where most people go now.
What do you attribute that to?
I did yes go on the message board allot. Actually to be honest with u Ash,
sometimes it got too silly, with people writing personal messages back and forth
to each other, I realize veryyyyy well that it is there for that reason, but
some of them would get so long and silly that I did give up the message board.
However I still do go there and read some of the posts.
-first person that you met on the chat?
The first person I actually met in Assryian Voice chat and talked to was
Qashmar

ASSYRIANS
RELATED QUESTIONS
-Are you optimistic about what the future holds
for Assyrians?
I think I am in a way yes. I do feel that one day we will come together as a
whole.
-Any recommendations for a better Assyrian
future?
Love Ash, we need more love and brains to get together to make our future work.
I feel that we are spread so far apart but I know deep inside that our future
will be good.
-How would you describe Assyrian teenagers in
Chicago?
Wow, hard question, I never mixed with any Assyrians in real life. My parents
lived so far away from Chicago/Devon. For what I do know, they are good kids.
You get good and bad in every culture I guess.
-How often do you speak Assyrian in your daily
life?
Allot, I speak Assyrian daily, especially to my son.
-Are you a proud Assyrian? And does the past
play any role in your Assyrian
pride?
I am a proud Assyrian, but very embarrassed to say that I do not know much about
our Assyrian background, well not as much as I would like to know. I am
learning more now, thanks to my online friends that I met through Assyrian Voice
Chat :)
-Do you ever participate in the annual kha
bnessan parade in Chicago?
In the crowd yes haha, but this year I actually might be on one of the carts
with my son :)
-Last word to all people out there and how they
can serve our nation even better?
Fellow Assyrians, we are all
striving for the same goal, we just need to get our heads together and not
father apart. We are the greatest people and we need to know that, so lets stop
fighting :(
General and
Miscellaneous Questions
-What is your horoscope and what do you know
about it?
Virgo, don't know much about it hehe
-How has life been in Chicago? Do you ever wish
to be living somewhere else?
I love the suburbs of Chi-Town, I live next to a farm and I love it. Never go
anywhere else I don't think.
-Have you switched to MSN yet? or are still with
AOL? how about ICQ?
I do have msn messenger but my provider for online is AOL, I'm a junkie ha Ash?
lol ICQ I got rid of a while ago I got sick of the UH-OHS
-How did you get to meet your man?
We met at a coffee/pool hall, he was playing pool with his sister which at the
time I thought was his girlfriend, until I had my fbi find out that it was
actually his sibling haha :)
FINAL THOUGHTS
-What was the hardest question we asked you? or
didn't like?
I think the Assyrian questions where the hardest, I loved all of them. I just
wish I knew more about us Assyrians.
-One question you were glad we didn't ask you?
How much I weight? loool
-Your best quote in life?
"I've made new friends, and kept the old......one is silver but you'll always be
gold"
-What do you think of this interview?
I think its a wonderful idea to get to know one another and get a feel of where
we are all coming from and our thoughts.
-If you were to choose the next person to be
interviewed who would it be from the chat and why?
I'd like to see Ninwaya interview. I have watched him for a while now and he is
a wonderful friend and would love to get his comments, inspiration and thoughts
about stuff.
-Any final comments or thoughts?
One more time Ashour I would like to greatly thank you Aziza. You have been
more then wonderful to us, by keeping the Assyrian Voice Chat alive. You have
put so much time and effort into it and always made sure we stay together.
Thank you again. God Bless :)
At the end of this interview we would like to thank you and wish you a good luck
in your life.
