Do these illiterate baboons not realise Jesus Christ was a prominent figure in their crappy faith as well?

When Real Madrid played a pre-season game in UAE a few years go, they needed to change their crest.  What was offensive?  Take a look at the very top of the crest.  That tiny cross offended the UAE that the Real Madrid team had to change their uniform because of that crest.

I have gone on record saying that I hope Israel qualifies for the 2022 World Cup.  As much as I hate Zionists, I also hate Wahhabists too.  Seeing Qatar "hosting" the Zionist nation would be amusing, as much as I hate the Zionist nation too.

A few years ago when Australia was playing Kuwait, the Australia captain Jedinak was being treated for injury.  They needed to lift his shirt to treat him and it was clear that he had a tattoo on the back. The camera was zooming on the tattoo (rather than paying attention to the game).  The moment that the tattoo was clearly a giant crucifix, the Kuwaiti TV director immediately switched the camera to another camera (which they should have been showing the game anyway).  It was funny to watch.
Back in Darwin for the 2nd time in my life.  Originally from Sydney (Fairfield area), lived in Vanuatu, Japan (twice), Thailand and Darwin once previously.  Western Sydney Wanderers fan as well as Parramatta Eels.  Veteran of 3 World Cups (*1994, 2006 and 2010).

LOL so pathetic. Interesting how they're so certain their faith is right but lose it when they see someone else's symbols.
And Kuwait is supposedly "moderate".

Funny, because I never thought of the Gulf as "moderate". They're actually very conservative, and Saudi Arabia is the cream of their crop.

When it comes to Christians, the moderate countries for them would be Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and even Egypt (in contrast to the Gulf). I can see these countries being more accepting of Christian symbols (as they should since they have a decent Christian population), whereas those from Kuwait, UAE and Qatar would probably spit on any symbol that is Christian, Jewish and even Buddhist. And that's obvious, because they're like 90% Muslim. And we know that the more Islamic your country is, the more hostile and prejudice it will be.

But you see, this is Islam for you. Even "Zionists" wouldn't do this when it comes to Christian symbols.

Indeed. As for that, it's worth noting Kuwait,Qatar,UAE and even Saudi Arabia have a greater proportion of Christians than Syria or Iraq now. Almost sad, but rather good to know on the Gulf end.

Oh, really? Interesting.

Guessing they're those who recently fled Iraq and Syria after what's happened there.

Anyway, if that's the case, then the Gulf should really start to respect these people by not censoring their religious symbols. And this is coming from a guy who wishes religion were extinct. But we can't change the world to suit our needs. Selfishness isn't the way to go.
