Raweh is really interesting because it sounds very different and deviating from how Assyrian music sounds like in general. And Middle Eastern music too. It sounds akin to native American music.

Kurds, Arabs, Turks, Persians, I believe, don't even have this music style.

I'd like to think that Raweh sounds a little similar to our church music. Raweh seems like a form of chants/chanting in similar to how priests and monks would do.

Hm, just a bit.

But it sounds a lot more like Native American chanting music. Perhaps it has to do with the mountains?
