because there was no standard Syriac to be enforced. This allows dialects to pop up willy nilly.

Which also gave birth to different words that collided with our past syriac , for instance, we say arckh malakho(a) which means archangel this particullar word came from the greek word ''arch'' we have our normal one which is Rishmalakho(a) which means also arch angel whic is the original syriac word, and like this different words came to be and created the current dialects

I'm curious as to which three churches you're referring. Last time I counted, there were more than three.

The Schism is part of it. Accents and dialects develop with time, distance, and other influences. The further away and longer a group is separated from other groups and the more contact it has with other dialects/languages, the more likely it will change with each successive generation.

Well, first, Aramaic had a lot of differents dialects, just like Greek or Latin.
Then, all our cities where we had schools, universities (Nsibin is the best example, but also Urhoy/Edessa) has been conquered by the muslims (arabs, turks, kurds...) and we have been pushed out from these centers of knowledge, how could our forefathers teach properly classical Syriac which is standardized (just have two way of pronunciations) ?
We lost a lot of knowledge because of this, where were all our scientists, writers etc ?

Yes I noticed...

Chaldean church is Chaldean (self explanatory).

Ancient Assyrian church is Tyari.

Assyrian Church of the East is Urmian/Iraqi Koine.
